This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your conduct when using the Services of Futures Edge Trading, LLC ("Company," "we," "us") and is incorporated into the Terms of Service. Violations are grounds for warning, content removal, suspension, or termination without refund, and the Company reserves all legal remedies.
No account sharing, credential sharing, or transferring access; one person per single-user account.
No creating accounts with false information, evading a suspension or termination, or purchasing access for redistribution.
No circumventing entitlement checks, paywalls, usage limits, or security controls.
No copying, scraping, harvesting, bulk downloading, recording, or redistributing protected content — including signals, signal values, derived data, analysis and research content, education videos, guides, downloadable member files, and community content — outside the Services.
No reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code, indicator logic, models, or non-public data.
No using platform outputs to build, train, or seed a competing product or dataset.
No interfering with or disrupting the Services, probing or scanning for vulnerabilities without authorization, introducing malware, or imposing unreasonable load.
No automated access (bots, scripts, headless clients) except as expressly permitted in writing.
No use of the Services for unlawful activity, including market manipulation, fraud, or money laundering.
No providing personalized investment advice to other users, holding yourself out as an adviser through the Services, or soliciting funds from other members.
No harassment, threats, hate speech, doxxing, impersonation, spam, or unsolicited promotion. Community conduct is further governed by the Community Rules.
Report violations to info@futuresedgetrading.com. The Company may investigate, remove content, suspend or terminate access, and preserve and disclose records as described in the Privacy Policy where required by law. Enforcement actions are recorded for audit.
