Community Rules

Futures Edge Trading, LLC — a Colorado limited liability company, formed 07/14/2026, Colorado SoS ID 20261852856. 2026-08-15 per Atlas_Currency_Review_2026-08-15). This text is the candidate in-app RULES_TEXT. Effective Date (target): September 1, 2026.

1. Where These Rules Apply

These Community Rules apply to the in-app community operated by Futures Edge Trading, LLC — the channels and chat rooms at app.futuresedgetrading.com (the "Community"). Community access is a benefit of an active membership and ends when your membership ends or your account is suspended or terminated. The Company also operates a limited, invitation-only Discord channel for Tradytics data queries; use of that channel is subject to Discord's own terms.

2. The Rules

These ten rules are the SAME text every member accepts in the app (the in-app rules gate, currently version v2-2026-08-08) — the app text and this document must never diverge:

1. No solicitation or recruiting — ever. Do not invite or steer members to other rooms, groups, chats, services or signal feeds — not in the rooms, not in private chat, not by any other means. This one skips the warnings: it costs your membership.
2. Nothing here is trade advice. Desk posts show what the desk is doing, not what you should do. Member posts are opinions. You alone are responsible for your trades.
3. No pumping, bashing, or misleading posts. Share a ticker with your reasoning, not just hype. Never post rumors as fact — and never share inside information; that is not just against our rules, it is illegal.
4. No performance claims. No guaranteed profits, no can't-lose setups, no unverifiable P&L bragging.
5. Trading talk in the trading rooms — the Lounge is for everything else. Personal account questions go to a private chat with the desk, not the floor.
6. Room content stays in the room. Do not screenshot, repost or redistribute levels, signals or discussion outside your membership — see the Acceptable Use Policy, which governs redistribution and scraping in full.
7. Keep it professional. No harassment, no spam, no self-promotion, no illegal content.
8. Everything is logged. Posts — including edited and deleted ones — and private chats are retained and reviewable by the Futures Edge desk.
9. Moderation is at our discretion. That can mean a warning, a Time Out, a locked room, or removal. Rule 1 and inside information skip straight to removal.
10. Removal for cause forfeits the rest of your term. If we end your membership for breaking these rules, the unused portion of your subscription is not refunded.

3. Your Identity in the Community

Your posts appear under the display nickname you choose. Choose a nickname that does not violate these Rules (no impersonation, nothing offensive).

4. Messaging

Members cannot send direct messages to other members. Private messages exist only with the desk (Company staff). Desk message threads persist, and they may be reviewed by Company administrators.

5. Moderation

The Company may use the following moderation tools, at its discretion and depending on severity:

• Content removal. Removed content is hidden from the Community; an internal record is retained.
• Room lock. A room may be made read-only for a period; Company staff may still post in a locked room.
• Time-out. A member may be muted from posting, indefinitely until lifted. A muted member can still read the Community and can still message the desk, which is the appeal channel.
• Suspension or termination of the account, per the Terms of Service.

To appeal a moderation decision, message the desk or email info@futuresedgetrading.com.

6. Acceptance

These Rules are accepted once per version in the app. Each acceptance is recorded and retained (date/time, IP address, and Rules version). When the Rules are updated, continued use of the Community requires accepting the updated version.
