Futures Edge Trading, LLC ("Company," "we," "us") offers first-time members an introductory week: full membership access for the first seven (7) calendar days for a charge of $7. Unless you cancel before the end of the seventh day, the subscription plan you selected at sign-up begins automatically at the price disclosed at sign-up and is charged to your payment method on file. Cancel during the introductory week from your account page (or by email) and you pay nothing beyond the $7; access ends at the close of the seventh day. The $7 introductory charge is not refundable. The introductory week is limited to one per person, per household and per payment method.
First-time members only — the introductory week attaches to your first paid sign-up. Returning or previously refunded members subscribe at the plan price without an introductory week unless we say otherwise in a specific offer.
Complimentary or code-based access involves no charge; the introductory week attaches to your first paid sign-up if you later subscribe.
Subscription charges. Once the introductory week ends and your plan begins, subscription and renewal payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or approved as a discretionary exception. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge; cancellation stops future charges and your access continues through the period already paid; no prorated refunds are given (see the Subscription and Billing Policy).
Repeat cycling. Creating new accounts to re-use the introductory week voids the introductory pricing; further sign-ups bill at the plan price from day one.
Chargebacks. A chargeback is handled through the payment dispute process, not this policy, and may result in account suspension.
Fraud. Introductory pricing does not apply to purchases made fraudulently or with stolen payment credentials.
Cancel from your account page any time before the end of the seventh day — no call, no forms. You may also email info@futuresedgetrading.com from the email address on the account; a cancellation email received before the end of the seventh day counts as an in-window cancellation. Where a refund is approved as a discretionary or statutory exception, it is issued to the original payment method; processing time depends on your payment provider, typically 5–10 business days.
When you cancel during the introductory week, access ends at the close of the seventh day and no further charges are made. When a refund is issued as an exception, the associated subscription is cancelled and access to paid features, including community access, ends at the time of the refund. Cancelled or refunded accounts may be restricted from re-using promotional or introductory offers.
Cancellations, refund requests and resolutions are recorded and auditable, tied to the billing record, member, and dates, to ensure the policy is applied consistently.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation right you have under applicable law. Where applicable law provides a longer or different right, the law controls.
