Futures Edge Trading, LLC ("Company," "we," "us") does not offer a money-back guarantee. Membership begins with a $7 introductory week for first-time members. The introductory charge is not refundable. Unless you cancel before the introductory week ends, the plan you selected begins automatically and is billed at its stated price.
You may cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not refund a charge already made.

The Company may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund in individual circumstances — for example a duplicate charge, a billing error, or a failure of access materially caused by the Company. A discretionary refund in one case does not create an entitlement in another.
Chargeback-first. Filing a chargeback before, or instead of, contacting us moves the matter into the payment-dispute process rather than this policy, and may result in account suspension.
Fraud. This policy does not apply to purchases made fraudulently or with stolen payment credentials.
Repeat introductory cycling. Creating new accounts to re-use the $7 introductory week is prohibited (see the Acceptable Use Policy); the introductory rate is one per person.
Email info@futuresedgetrading.com from the email address on the account, with the account name and the date of the charge. Approved discretionary refunds are issued to the original payment method; processing time depends on your payment provider, typically 5–10 business days.
Where a refund is issued, the associated subscription is cancelled and access to paid features, including community access, ends at the time of the refund. Refunded accounts may be restricted from repurchasing promotional offers.
Billing questions and their resolutions are recorded and auditable, tied to the billing record, member and dates, so the policy is applied consistently.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation right you have under applicable law. Where applicable law provides a longer or different right, the law controls.
