Futures Edge Trading, LLC ("Company," "we," "us") publishes informational trading signals for stocks, options, and futures ("Signals") through the Services' dashboards, and through any other delivery channels the Company may offer. Signals may be generated by software rules, quantitative indicators, or human review, or combinations of these methods. Each Signal includes metadata such as the symbol or instrument, market, signal type, generated timestamp, and status. Signals are impersonal outputs distributed to subscribers generally; they are not directed to, or tailored for, any individual user.
Signals are not recommendations, advice, or solicitations to buy, sell, hold, short, hedge, or enter any trade.
Signals are not guaranteed to be accurate, timely, complete, or profitable. Many signals will be wrong. Losses are a normal and expected outcome of trading.
Signals are not personalized to your financial situation, objectives, experience, or risk tolerance, and no suitability determination is made for any user.
Signals do not create an advisory, brokerage, or fiduciary relationship. The No Investment Advice / No Fiduciary Relationship Disclosure applies in full.
If you choose to act on, near, or in the opposite direction of any Signal, that decision is yours alone. You are solely responsible for evaluating each Signal, conducting your own analysis, determining suitability, selecting position size, managing risk, placing and managing orders through your own broker, and bearing all resulting gains, losses, fees, and tax consequences. The Company does not know your positions, does not monitor your account, and cannot and will not manage your trades.
Signals are time-sensitive and can become stale quickly. Market prices may move materially between Signal generation and your receipt or review of the Signal. Signals are delivered in-app, through the Services' dashboards; delivery depends on networks, hosting infrastructure, and devices that the Company does not fully control, and delivery may be delayed, out of order, or fail entirely. Signal states may change after publication (for example, updated, expired, or cancelled), and you are responsible for checking the current status before acting. The Company is not liable for losses caused by delays, non-delivery, or your reliance on a stale or superseded Signal.
The Company retains Signal records internally, including original timestamps and subsequent modifications, for audit, support, and compliance purposes. The Services may display little or no Signal history, and any history that is displayed is provided for informational purposes only and may be revised to correct errors. Nothing displayed in the Services is the official record of any Signal, and neither retained nor displayed history is a representation of results any user did or could have achieved.
Every data tile in the Services carries a badge identifying the nature of what it displays:
Replayed and demonstration content is provided for illustration and continuity only and must not be treated as a current market signal or as a representation of live results.
The Services display DERIVED, finished values computed by the Company from underlying market data. The Services do NOT display or redistribute raw exchange market data, real-time quotes, or official exchange prices. Certain exchange-licensed fields are deliberately withheld from display. Some content in the Services is republished from third-party providers (for example, Tradytics) with the provider's permission and WITH ATTRIBUTION. Attribution displayed with third-party content is a condition of the Company's permission to republish it and must never be removed, cropped, or obscured. Such content belongs to its respective provider, is provided for informational purposes only, and may not be redistributed; the redistribution prohibitions of the Acceptable Use Policy apply in full.
Some published content in the Services (for example, news analysis and session plans) is prepared with the assistance of artificial-intelligence tools under human editorial control. Such content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies, and you should verify it against primary sources before using it for any purpose. It is informational and educational only and is not investment advice; the No Investment Advice / No Fiduciary Relationship Disclosure applies in full. The Services do not currently offer any interactive AI feature.
The Services do not promise any level of performance. If the Company displays Signal performance statistics of any kind, such displays will be accompanied by required disclosures, including that past performance is not indicative of future results and, where applicable, disclosures for hypothetical, simulated, or backtested performance, which have inherent limitations, are generally prepared with the benefit of hindsight, do not reflect actual execution, liquidity, fees, commissions, or slippage, and do not involve financial risk. No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.
Signals and other member content are provided only to users whose subscription includes access to them. Signals, derived values, and published content are the Company's proprietary content (or, for republished third-party content, its provider's). Redistribution, copying, scraping, and similar conduct are prohibited as set out in the Acceptable Use Policy, which applies in full. Unauthorized redistribution is grounds for immediate suspension or termination of access without refund, and the Company reserves all legal remedies.
By accessing Signals or any content in the Services, you acknowledge that Signals and content are informational only, that you alone are responsible for your trading decisions and their outcomes, and that the Company has no liability for trading losses connected to your use of, or inability to use, any Signal or content.
