Billing has not launched. Futures Edge Trading, LLC ("Company," "we," "us") does not currently process payments; this Policy takes effect with the Company's first paid subscription offering.

1. Paid-Only Access

Access to the protected features of the Services requires a current paid subscription, or complimentary or promotional access expressly granted by the Company (including access codes). There is no public free tier. Certain administrative or test accounts may be created by the Company for internal purposes.

2. Plans and Pricing

Available plans, tiers, features, and prices are stated at checkout and on the Company's pricing page. The specific plans offered may change over time.

3. Billing and Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, as selected) and your payment method is charged the then-current price plus applicable taxes, until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize the Company and its payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Before any renewal at an increased price, the Company will provide advance notice as required by law. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable except as stated in the Introductory Week and Refund Policy or required by applicable law.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting info@futuresedgetrading.com from the email address on the account. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless the Introductory Week and Refund Policy or applicable law provides otherwise, cancellation does not generate a refund of amounts already charged: no prorated refunds are given, and you retain access to paid features through the end of the period already paid for. Cancellation and refund are distinct: cancelling prevents the next charge; a refund, where eligible, returns a charge already made.

5. Failed Payments and Grace Period

If a renewal payment fails, the Company may retry the charge over a limited period and may notify you to update your payment method. The Company may apply a grace period during which access continues, after which access may be downgraded, suspended, or the subscription cancelled. Access is restored when payment succeeds, subject to the then-current price.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, the Company may suspend your account and entitlements while the dispute is reviewed. Chargebacks filed in place of the refund process, or determined to be abusive, may result in permanent termination of access and recovery of amounts owed. If you believe a charge is in error, contact info@futuresedgetrading.com first — most billing issues are resolved faster through support than through a chargeback.

7. Taxes

Prices may exclude taxes. You are responsible for applicable sales, use, or similar taxes, which will be calculated and collected at checkout where required. Valid exemption documentation may be submitted to support.

8. Price and Plan Changes

The Company may change prices, plans, and included features. Price changes apply to subsequent renewals after advance notice, and you may cancel before renewal if you do not accept a change. If the Company materially reduces the core features of a plan mid-period, the Company will provide a reasonable remedy, which may include a pro-rata credit or refund at the Company's discretion or as required by law.

9. Complimentary and Promotional Access

There is no free trial in the Company's public offer. The Company may, at its discretion, grant invitation-only complimentary or promotional access — for example, time-limited access codes issued to an invited cohort. Such access ends at its stated expiry, does not auto-convert to a paid subscription, and does not charge any card. On expiry of complimentary access, the account requires a paid subscription to continue; no automatic charge occurs.

10. Refunds

Refunds are governed exclusively by the Introductory Week and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into this Policy. In summary: a first-time member's refund request within seven (7) calendar days of the first charge is granted, subject to the abuse exceptions stated in that policy; renewal charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law or approved as an exception; and there are no prorated refunds.
